Personal exhibition by Arkadii Mukhomedianov

On 15 December 2017 in the Transcarpathian Regional Museum of Folk Architecture and Life, it was opened a personal exhibition of paintings and graphics by Arkadii Mukhomedianov.

The exhibition is timed to the occasion of the artist's anniversary. The Regional Organizational and Methodical Centre of Culture joined the organization of the personal exhibition.

The author represented more than 50 works performed for the decades of his work. The vast majority of the master's works are landscapes and still, lifes, executed in the technique of oil painting, as well as watercolours. It should be noted that the formation of the young artist’s style was influenced by the work of the post-impressionist (Paul Cezanne) and the founders of the regional art school (Yosyp Bokshai, Adalbert Erdeli, Andrii Kotska and other famous artists). By the colour and theme of works, the artist's creative works can be divided into two periods: early and mature. The colouring of early works is more restrained and achromatic. Landscapes prevail. The mature creativity of the artist is filled with emotions and experiences, bright colours, atmosphere and sensuality.

Favourite genres of the artist – landscape, still life. He works with oil and watercolour. The artist has been developing his own style, therefore, thus many works are filled with wide or small, but clear and balanced strokes of the bright atmosphere of nature mood, a ringing tune of the mountain stream or a quiet calmness of the warm summer day.

Visitors to the exhibition will have an opportunity to get acquainted with the creativity of the talented and original artist until 5 January 2018.
