Voznytska Olesia

Olesia Voznytska was born in Ruski Komarivtsi village, Transcarpathian region. In 1998, she graduated from the department of art ceramics of Uzhhorod College of Arts named after A. Erdeli, and in 2003 – Lviv Academy of Arts (Art Glass Department). After graduation, Olesia with her husband moved to Uzhhorod, where they live and working together on various projects, including interior and outdoor design, working at the same time on a sculpture.

Olesia Voznytska believes that every artist finds material for self-expression. For her, it is clay and glass. The artist is fascinated by pristine nature. Throughout their life, people have witnessed the reincarnations that nature demonstrates to us. Turning the utilitarian material into unusual coloured forms, the author surrounds herself with it. In her opinion, the protection of the environment should be the first issue for humanity. In her works, Olesia emphasizes all the uniqueness of nature and tries to help the viewer to make sure of it.

Works of the artistic couple Andrii and Olesia Voznytski take part in national exhibitions and kept in numerous private collections in Ukraine, Great Britain, Belgium, and the United States of America.
