Biography
He graduated from Uzhhorod College of Arts named after A. Erdeli in 2003. He has been a member of Transcarpathian Union of Photographers and youth association of Transcarpathian National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 2010. He teaches painting in the Transcarpathian Regional Palace for Children and Youth Padiiun. He is a permanent member of Ukrainian and foreign exhibitions, plein-airs, biennales. Among the latter - Biennale of watercolours in Belgrade (Serbia) (4th International Biennale of watercolour BELGRADE +2016), and Ukrainian exhibition of watercolours in Odesa “Sea Watercolours”.
The artist paints from life, he prefers such genres as landscape painting and urban landscapes of the city. The artist's preferences have shifted lately toward watercolour painting. Also he improves his skills in other techniques: acrylic, gouache, graphic sketches. The artist chooses quiet, intimate streets, historical and architectural monuments of Uzhhorod as objects to draw. He uses restrained colour palette in his visions. He is interested in creative works of Alvaro Castagnet, Joseph Zbukvic, Herman Pekel and Ray Baltvil - an artist, whose style is similar to his own.
